For all the services that we offer to our customers, the essence rests in the customization of solutions that are done as per the requirements of our customers.
For any new business that we win, a service level agreement is established which covers all services including inbound volume, picking volume, shipping volume, transfer from warehouse to warehouse & customer returns.
Co-packing for all customers to pre-agreed delivery times with our co-packing partners Shrink Wrap Head is an added service in our portfolio.
All our warehouses are technically supported with Oracle WMS which enables us to deliver inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, FEFO & batch traceability.
Dedicated inventory control teams for each site are available to maintain our inventory accuracy to meet our customers’ requirements.
